Nobody? I find lots of data for RL17 and RL19, and some for RL15. It sure seems like RL16 would work as well.
Anyone know how I could just figure out where to start, if I were to load up RL16 with 210 grain Partitions? I see for 150 grain bullets in the 300 Win. Mag. Alliant shows 74 grains of RL17 and 73 grains of RL16 as max loads. Then for the 338 Win Mag and 200 grain bullets they have data for RL17 and they list 71 grains as max. Would I be safe then to assume that 70 grains of RL16 would be max in the 338 with my 210 grain Partition bullets? And of course drop down by 10% and work up from there?
