I've got my notes handy right now so thought I'd share the velocities I got. What surprised me was the small increase in velocity with each half grain increase in powder. But then, maybe that's normal with a larger capacity case such as the 338 Win Mag. I've been reloading for over 30 years but have only loaded for the 270 Winchester and the 30/06. So anyway, here's my chronograph readings, and actually I did 4 in each set, not 3 like I said before. This is the average of the 4 shots...

67.0 - 2679 ES: 23
67.5 - 2699 ES: 14
68.0 - 2720 ES: 26
68.5 - 2749 ES: 26
69.0 - 2769 ES: 27
69.5 - 2780 ES: 50


Primers were CCI 250
Brass was new Remington NOT resized
OAL was 3.245


I'm hoping next time using once fired brass and only neck sized with a Lee collet die, I might improve the extreme spread numbers a bit and hopefully the groups as well. I'm also going to experiment with different seating depths.
