I have rifles that will support both statements.
It's hard to make a blanket statement, either-or, when both may be true.
Now that may sound like the dialectical reasoning of Eastern philosophy, "both-and" vs. the Law of Noncontradiction, "either-or".
But in this case, "it depends"...
