Custom that is close to what you want: Rem 700 stainless action - $425 Mcmillan compact edge - $600 Hart #2 barrel, or pacnor mtn contour - $350 Timney trigger - $175 Gunsmith - $450 Total - $2,000 It would come in around 6 pounds depending on barrel length. Way way easier to just buy a Barrett.
