Interestingly I had an X2 in my hand on Tuesday. It felt good in the hand - except the weight. They are tanks. This one also had a bipod and Bushnell 4200 scope in Leup steel mounts/rings. It must have weighed 10 lbs as set up. It was a 270 too boot. Nothing like a 10 lb 270 to drag up the elk mountains.
I just talked to them and they claim the X3 weighs 14 oz less than the X2 - which is a good thing. I asked about the stock dimensions and they had no idea, which irritates the heck out of me.
One of you guys need to buy a new X3 and report back 😎
