I own 2 of the newer BLR`S both shoot extremely well, the 308 win shoots under 1/2 inch at 100 yds. all day long with 130 gr. barnes bullets my hand loads,the 300 Win .mag. shoots 3/4 inch at 100 yds. with my hand loads but this rifle does have recoil but all 300 mags. do. I wish Browning made a 338 Win. mag in a BLR " that would be a powerful bear rifle with some longer range ability too " I still have a 7 Rem. mag ordered in a SS BLR but its on back order.
