Most poor people I have known make really poor life decisions. I have offered advice to some and they seemed horrified at my suggestions in almost all cases. Their choices usually were disasters and some of these people were angry at me. Most people are in the place they made for themselves.
You're exactly right, I know a couple of [educated] dudes that keep marrying whores, having kids, losing their foothold, and having to start over again and again, they'll never get a leg up, that should be easy, "DONT MARRY A WHORE"
Some of the most educated people I know do the stupidest things.
