They are just nice.
I have the lighting model, chambered in 30-06. It shoulders nice for me, carries easy with the slab sides.
I have never scoped it. I liked the sights on it, but that was a dozen or more years ago. Now my eye sight has changed and I might need to scope it someday.... I don’t box/blind hunt in ND.
