Take off the Velcro belt loop and it has a sewn in sleeve that lets you run your belt through it and carry any pistol magazine, double or single stack, horizontally and concealed with a T-shirt. Most useful mag carrier I've tried.
Didn't see the sewn in sleeve that allows you to carry base plate oriented up?
I may get one for T&E.
