Now in SD there is no NR rifle hunting on the eastern half of the state, so all the pressure is put on WR and BH for NR. that is WRONG on so many levels IMO. That said, one could argue SD is the most friendly western state to NR archery hunters. Plus our tag prices are some of the cheapest west of the Mississippi at $275 for NR hunters, and they can have multiple tags if they like. I suggest you learn a little more before making a blanket statement. State tag allocation for hunting has nothing to do with public land. perhaps there's some more education to be had on that subject as well for you sir...........
