South Dakota i heard just past a new law on public land N.R. bowhunters can not hunt the first 30 days of the bow season .i am not sure if it starts this year 2019 or next year 2020 ? the word friendly in the state of South Dakota does not exist if this is the law ? anyone know if this law passed ?
