Had a LH short action M700 BDL rebarreled to .250AI and it shot great but went down the road several years ago.

This is the only .250 Savage currently in the house. Lipsey's Special #1A with the stock reshaped as an English stalking rifle. Not super duper accurate but it puts five shots into right about an inch, give or take a tenth depending on the phase of the moon. It gets fed Sierra 87 gr. Spitzers with 36.5 grs. RL-15 for an average of 3008 fps, about as close to the original .250-3000 loading as I can get. wink
