Thanks for the comprehensive article--it filled in a lot of holes in the coverage that I have seen. Still wondering where in the hell they found a jury that thought that this was a good idea or that it will be anything but emotionally and physically crippling for the child that is to be "transgendered".
As a Ph.D. biologist, I find the whole concept of "transgendering" (as well as individuals who decide that they are "transgendered"} to be nothing more or less than serious mental illnesses. Your sex is determined by your set of X and/or Y chromosomes, not by your mindset.
To subject an innocent child, who has no way to make an intelligent choice in the matter to psychological and/or physical "transgendering" is both heinous and cruel.
