Just use the other hand and take a schitt load of ibuprofen...it takes a WHILE to go away.
This, and as mentioned in another thread, get some stool softener. I've been taking NSAIDs for a sore shoulder for a couple of months and they can really lock you up.
I take naproxen at night and ibuprophen daytime.
