Yeah Slum, every time we order Chinese I drive my kids nuts with the cat and dog meat jokes. Gotta make you wonder though, the Chinese skirt steak doesn't look like the other restaurant's skirt steak version. But whatever it is, sure tastes good as "Beef Lo Mein"!
