Back in the early 60’s when we were guiding for Jaguar in the jungles of mexico, one of our hunters who killed a Jaguar wanted to try and eat some of it. Don’t remember how our cook fixed it but I thought it tasted bitter like it had been pissed on. Only ate a few bites and that was it for me.
