Surprisingly, my 338 Fed hunting load of 160 TTSXs shoots flatter than my 6.5 hunting load with 139 Scenars at any range I intend to shoot (<500, likely much less). I'll take you word on it. The C doesn't do anything for me since I have a 70 in 6.5X55, and rifles larger and smaller than the
338 F. Remember I said "I like the 338 F" and I'm not critical.

That is interesting to me.
