Looking for two different loads. Probably going with the 95 ballistic tip and the 80 TTSX testing for deer.
For coyotes, a lighter v max, or something like that.
Since it looks like you.have your deer bullet figured out I would go with a 70 grain Ballistic Tip for coyotes or if you want super fast a 55 grain Ballistic Tip.
Either will knock a coyotes AZZ plumb off.
Added: I would also look at a 90 grain Accubond for deer.
