It bears saying that this is one Bill we won on vs. how many we didn't? An actual AWB isn't needed if everybody the state .gov knows has one is Red-Flagged. Why wouldn't they be when a main argument is "what do you need that for?" The commies argue that somebody adhering to the known intent of the Constitution has it ultimately to protect themselves and specifically for protection against a tyrannical government.
