I spend a lot of time in the woods. I squat pretty regularly. Sorry for any damage.....grin

But....but.....but.....you wash your hands afterwards...equal "good hygiene"...equal "No Sickee".

And...the woods is not a public facility with hundreds of people walking into the same place to squat to crap, and leaving the whole floor contaminated, and spread around with a mop.
