You don't know it's alcoholism for sure, because the government is not funding widespread tests in an effort to spread this crap. It could be alcohol, but it could also be Meth. It's not likely to be weed because weed has different symptoms, usually related to cheetos or possibly Pringles addiction. It could be Dementia even, possibly early-onset. Don't be spreading non-facts.
