I gave up beer (all alcohol) and lost about 7 lbs in one month. 6' and @150 nekkid - same as I was 50 years ago..I feel better too. I stay active, but don't "exercise".
Lucky genetics, I guess, as my willpower pretty much sucks....
. It helps that I mostly look at food as fuel, not indulgence, or craving. Except chocolate and ice cream. Funny thing is I don't like chocolate ice cream.
