Hey, we're about the same height, I believe. My reply was merely directed to the comment regarding limitations when adding muscle weight. I believe that a 200 lb body with a low body fat number is probably as able as a 170 lb body of equal fat content.for most activities, and better suited for some. Muscle in moderation is good.

And I'm not quite the guy I was 8+ years ago, but still working on it.
