even if they fast track the antibody treatment that is very promising,it won't be available to the masses until after August

First, they've got to identify a promising vaccine, then test it for effectiveness and side effects, then gear up to mass produce it, actually produce it in mass and, then distribute it. I've heard estimates of 12-15 months (and that's fast tracked and all goes well). Of course, with all the folks and labs working on it hopefully, it will be sooner.
