I actually believe there was someone on a grassy knoll spoofing Flave's IP address when these horrible posts were made about Mr. Bin. So I would definitely take this on as a pro bono matter. Truth is, most of my practice is non-profit at this point, but I usually focus on First and Second Amendment litigation. I already tried to sue Twitter and Facebook for First Amendment violations, only to have the judge ask me how I thought a private company could violate the First Amendment. You should have seen xer face when I called xer a bolshevik (something I learned about here).

Eliminate qualified immunity and you'll eliminate cops who act like they are above the law.
