Well, since hes going to be blamed anyway.....
So, if he says dont open and they do, what will he then do. Either something or nothing. He wont do something about it but cant be blamed for deaths if they open. Hes not going to tell them to not open, I'm pretty sure. The dims want to stay closed until the election anyway.
If he says to open, which he will, and the dims dont, as they wont, then they face the voters ire in November, as their state wont be getting more bailout money for the cash starved folks.
Looks to me like he's suckering them in again.
