Either that Iver Johnson had a bulged barrel, the guy doing the measuring misread the mike, or someone is just trying to blow smoke up our collective butts. The prohibitions, which directly affect numerous legitimate hunting rifles and other rifle which Canadians should be FREE to own, are bad enough on their own. It is not necessary for an organization's lawyer to make stuff up to try and build support for their position. Doing this sort of thing simply hurts the group's credibility.
