That's the reason the KKK was never classified as a terrorist organization because they were localized entities. At least that how it was laid out during the Obama administration. The rules may have changed since then.
There was alot of pining for BLM to be designated as one after the police shootings in Dallas.
Trump's working on exposing that.
At the least, determine the source of funding and expose that so people are fully aware of who is financing this crap. I suspect that is really what the Democrats are worried about. They don't want to be revealed as being in bed with people funding this group.
