Dad's neighbor was cutting something with an acetylene torch. Some slag hit the line and he awoke inside a ball of flames. Managed to roll out the overhead door onto the lawn and saved himself. Shop burned down in a matter of minutes. 20x20 backyard "in-town" shop that had been used for wood-working and reloading ammo for ~30yrs.
