It might be the rifle with the most accuracy per dollar spent of any that I've owned.

I have loaned it a few time and had trouble getting it back a time of two because the person to whom I loaned it got attached to it.

The 25-06 is all that the 257AI strives to be, but does it in a factory standard chambering and with, usually, easier to find and less expensive factory ammo. But it lacks the "cool" factor of the 257 Roberts, 257AI, and 25-284.
