Ordinarily you'd want to start with areas where flave had the most friends. But in his case I think it'd be more fitting to parade him around in areas he insulted the most. I can see starting west to Texas, California, hell it'd take a week to parade him around Oregon properly. Its what he would have wanted.
When his carcass comes through Texas I'll put one of those JR Ewing bolo ties on him - he'd appreciate the Texas bling factor!!
