never really had any nice cars and any nice vehicles i had i drove into the ground. but i passed on a couple of pieces of property for decent prices because i did not have the balls to go into debt and was raising a family. still drive past them once in a while.

Yep, i learned nothing well except "neither a debtor nor borrower be". BS. You can always declare bankruptcy.
