Good idea or no?
Seems like when you are out if time wasting what precious time you have left has loser written all over it. .............Wait until after the funeral and then announce the nomination.......Article 2 section 2 of the US Constitution, gives any sitting POTUS the authority to announce a nominee to the SCOTUS REGARDLESS if that nomination is announced during an election year or not.
