Good idea or no?
Seems like when you are out if time wasting what precious time you have left has loser written all over it. .............Wait until after the funeral and then announce the nomination.......Article 2 section 2 of the US Constitution, gives any sitting POTUS the authority to announce a nominee to the SCOTUS REGARDLESS if that nomination is announced during an election year or not. Of course. Someone, I can't remember who, on TV gave a long list of presidents who nominated Supreme Court Justices in the last months of their first term. There is zero tradition of first term presidents waiting till after the election to do it. ..........Yep....And to the demCRAPs the US Constitution is NO GOOD! If Trump gets a nominee through (win or lose on Nov 3rd), the SCOTUS will be majority conservative. DemCRAPs and the media are pissed. GOOD! Let 'em be pissed.
