Keep in mind the offending States have all of the evidence in THEIR basements. Every day that goes by more evidence is munched in their super munchers that leave noting but sawdust behind. They are no longer afraid of court orders. They mean noting anymore becuase complicit judges will let the offenders get by with it. Like sporting said, they have been planning this for years and have put everything in place needed to pull it off.
