Don't be so sure about the courts.
Obviously we don't have all the info that may be available, but the courts, any of them, will only deal in hard, factual, actionable evidence.
And so far there's lots of smoke but no fire...............yet.
I hope we get action on both fronts, but the courts will need a LOOOOOOT of hard evidence on a large enough scale to impact a given state vote to be meaningful.
So, in my mind right now, I wouldn't bet the farm on a major win in the courts.........yet.
