They choose between the top 3 vote getters. Since no 3d party or independent got any EC votes, it's between Trump and Biden.

Go read the fuucking Amendment. Then use your fuuucking brain. I am tired of correcting this. The electors within each State House can pick whoever they want for the POTUS and VP. Each State will select a POTUS and a VP.
