people make fun out of the paranoid idiots that buy cart loads of TP but they have exactly the identical mindset of the primer powder and ammo hoarders
Perhaps it could be argued that both have their uses and could be traded for other things. In my opinion, there isn't a viable substitution for ammo, nor a way to protect yourself using toilet paper.
