A Tikka is hard to beat but if you want something a little more all around that can be configured for different applications I'd look at the Sako S20 .308 Precision model with a 20" barrel. Weight will be around 8lb 4oz and it will be accurate, a 10 round magazine is available, and a suppressor on the end would make for a great package. The barrel is 1:11 which is good for just about any cup & core bullet in most temperatures but it wouldn't be ideal if you want to shoot a 175gr LRX in cold weather.
