Correct, it’s no different with these States that have “Legalized” marijuana.

They have passed legislation that the use and or possession of Marijuana is not a crime in their State.

But it is still 100 % illegal according to the a federal government.
Although the State can refuse to enforce Federal Marijuana laws they cannot preclude Federal Law enforcement from entering their state and enforcing Federal law.

Several examples of Pot growers and sellers being arrested by the Feds in states that have “legalized” marijuana, especially when firearms are involved.
