Browning was embarrassed by the 2000. They looked great, were nicely machined and finished, and they were often a single-shot autoloader. They DID point nice.
That's a pretty apt description. Mine worked until it didn't. It was a beautiful gun with a finely figured French walnut stock. It just didn't always work.
