Grass fed vs Gain fed . . . no competition. Marbling is the result of the grain. Marbling is what gives beef its great taste.




Grass fed with a little grain to finish will have marbling with flavor. Feedlot marbling is pretty tasteless. Try some grass fed, not scrub brush fed sometime wink


I used to love some Baja chaparral grazed range beef steaks and tacos when I was younger and went to that part of Mexico. They had "flavor" compared to the bland grocery store stuff.
