2021 season ended Sunday with 820 gallons made, down from last year by about 12% but better than most we've heard about that are down 30-60%, started the cleanup and should be cutting wood for next year soon. Have syrup on hand and ready to go. Talk is syrup makers are down due to the dry summer we had last year but who knows.
