So tonight I made some blackberry sauce from fresh picked blackberries from the yard, a bit of balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, a shake of clove, Blackberry wine made last year AND this here maple syrup instead of sugar ...to drizzle over some grilled MR venison backstrap...Wonderful stuff....
