Jeff we don't make any that light, I could get some from a friend but would have to check with him for prices but does cost more, the lighter you get the less maple flavor you get but if you want some I can get it. I like that picture and may have to use it, helps people to see just what the difference is.
We will probably start tapping in another 10 days or so if the weather will cooperate some. We sent our syrup pan to Vermont to have them make us a new one, that was in April. We got notice that they haven't even started it yet so we told them to cancel it and send the other pan back. Come to find out they sent it to Canada to be done so we're waiting and hoping it gets back here soon. With the way Canada and the trucking mess is going we are starting to get a little worried because without it we may be screwed. I suppose to hear something tomorrow. I'll be starting a new post once we know when things will be starting up.
