I’m forgetting the actual charges, but weren’t some either/or? As in, can be found guilty of one but not both or all three?
Like, you can’t be found guilty of murder and manslaughter for the same death.
This is a legal soup sandwich. You can't be guilty of one count that implies intentional killing and another which is unintentional killing.
