I retired from this department in 2018. I know this officer's Dad (also retired). This is about as good of a shoot as it gets. The locals are crying and whining about murdering another black person. Saying he should have tased her, or shot her in the foot etc. You can't reason with stupidity.

Would you happen to know if your friend’s son was at the shooting range a lot? That was a remarkably fast and well placed series of shots under chaotic circumstances.
