I have sent in 2 Leupolds that had failed and they were sent back fixed for no charge within a month. Years ago sent in 2 redfields and had to send the second one back they left a greasy finger print on the inside of the glass. But they treated me right and fixed them both. I will not even look at another Vista owned product. I would rather cuss the lousy adjustment on a Leupold and have a real warranty if it does fail.
