A 9mm might be better for number 10. You can shoot anything with one of those rifles a big pistol would be suitable for. Most of my picks are based on availability except th e 458 Lott

# 4 could be .270, .308, or you choice and still not wrong. If you go with the 270, you can ax the .243 and add the 7mm stw for the reach out and touch someone category.
For number 10, I've carried both, but with modern bullets and modern pistol designs give the nod to the 9mm.
