It’s crazy how little half a million will buy in much of western MT. Much of Idaho and the mountain west in general.

It’s gone ape schit. Dollar ain’t what it used to be and the situation seems to be escalating.

Paul is right. Buy some land now and hope lumber/materials get to be reasonable again.
